Terms & Conditions
By using the Transfelo platform and making a booking you agree to the following terms.
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the individual or corporate customer ("Passenger") purchasing services through the Transfelo brand (transfelo.com — the "Platform") and the following two legal entities: • SELLER / COLLECTION PARTY: RATE EXTRA TOURISM L.L.C (Commercial License No: 1253634, Dubai, UAE). The merchant of record that collects the service fee. • SERVICE PROVIDER / AGENCY: Sindibad Turizm Ticaret A.Ş. — the travel agency operating under the "Safaryar Travel" brand, holder of TÜRSAB License No 10028. It actually performs the transfer service in Türkiye. By completing a booking on the Platform you agree to these Terms.
2. Booking Process
Bookings are created exclusively through the Platform. Once a booking is completed, the Passenger receives a confirmation code by email. The confirmation code is proof of a valid booking. Bookings must be completed before the minimum advance time set by the system. Requests received within the minimum advance window may not be accepted.
3. Fixed Price and Payment
All prices are fixed at the moment of booking and inclusive of VAT. The confirmed price cannot be changed until the transfer is complete; no additional charges may be demanded for traffic, route, waiting time or fuel changes. Payment is collected at the moment of booking via the electronic payment infrastructure (Stripe / credit-debit card, 3D Secure) by the merchant of record, RATE EXTRA TOURISM L.L.C. Card details are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant provider; neither the seller nor the service provider sees or stores your full card number.
4. Free Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your transfer FREE OF CHARGE up to at least 6 (six) hours before the scheduled pickup time and receive a FULL refund of the amount you paid. • Cancellations made more than 6 hours before pickup: full refund. • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup: the booking cannot be cancelled and no refund is given. • Refunds are issued by RATE EXTRA TOURISM L.L.C, which collects payment, to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. If a transfer cannot be carried out because the Passenger fails to arrive or is unreachable, the booking is marked as "no-show" and no refund is issued. 5. Passenger Responsibilities
The Passenger is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking: • Full name • Contact phone and email • Flight number (for airport transfers) • Correct passenger count and luggage quantity • The full names of all passengers participating in the transfer, as required by Turkish legislation The Seller and Service Provider accept no liability for disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If the passenger count or luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle, the Service Provider is not obligated to provide an additional vehicle.
6. Liability and Limitations
The Service Provider undertakes to provide a timely and safe transfer service. However, no liability is accepted for: • Force majeure events such as natural disaster, government order or pandemic • Disruptions arising from incorrect information provided by the Passenger • Delays caused by airport closure, flight cancellation or extreme traffic • Passengers not being ready at the meeting point within the agreed time The maximum liability of the Seller and Service Provider is limited to the amount charged for the booking in question.
7. Flight Tracking
For airport pickups the Service Provider tracks the Passenger's flight. If the flight is delayed, the transfer time is updated automatically and no additional waiting charge is levied. This service requires a valid flight number to be entered at booking.
8. Right to Modify
Route, vehicle type, passenger count and departure time cannot be changed directly after a booking is confirmed. If these details need updating, please contact us at hello@transfelo.com or WhatsApp +90 501 147 67 71. Some changes may require cancelling the existing booking and creating a new one, in which case the 6-hour rule under Section 4 applies.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, the Transfelo brand, logos, designs and software on the Platform are protected and owned by or licensed to the respective rights holders. They may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
10. Related Agreements and Documents
These Terms form a whole together with the following legal documents: • Distance Sales Agreement — the legal framework of the sale and the parties' rights/obligations • Preliminary Information Form — the pre-payment legal disclosure • Cancellation & Refund Policy — the 6-hour rule and refund processes • Privacy Policy & KVKK Notice — the processing of personal data You are required to read and accept all of these documents when making a booking.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary thresholds set by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts together with the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent above those thresholds.
12. Updates
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. The current version is always published at transfelo.com/en/terms. Last updated: June 2026.
