Preliminary Information Form

The legally required pre-contract disclosure provided to you before booking and payment.

1. Purpose

This Preliminary Information Form contains the information that must be provided to the Buyer BEFORE completing the booking and payment, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Having read and understood this form, the Buyer then confirms the Distance Sales Agreement.

4. Essential Qualities of the Service

The service offered for sale is a private airport or city/intercity transfer: • Door-to-door (from pick-up point to drop-off point) private vehicle transfer • The route, vehicle class, passenger count, date and time selected at booking • Fixed price: set at the moment of booking and unchanged until performance • For airport pickups, flight tracking and additional free waiting in case of delay, where a valid flight number is entered All details of the service are clearly displayed on the booking screen and in the confirmation document.

5. Total Price

The total price of the service, inclusive of all taxes (including VAT) and charges, is clearly displayed during the booking process before payment. No additional fee, commission or hidden cost beyond the displayed price is charged to the Buyer. The price is fixed at the moment of booking.

6. Payment and Performance Method

Payment: The service fee is collected at the moment of booking via the electronic payment infrastructure (Stripe / credit-debit card, 3D Secure) by the merchant of record, RATE EXTRA TOURISM L.L.C. Card details are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant provider. Performance: The service is performed on the date and time stated in the booking, by the driver being present at the pick-up point and conveying the passengers to the drop-off point. The latest time for performance is the stated operation date and time.

7. Withdrawal / Cancellation Right

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to carriage/transfer services that must be performed on a specific date. Instead, the following contractual cancellation right is granted in favour of the Buyer: • Cancellations made at least 6 (six) hours before the scheduled pick-up/operation time are FREE and the FULL amount paid is refunded. • Once the 6-hour window has passed, cancellation is not possible and no refund is given. • In case of no-show (passenger not reachable / not joining the service), no refund is given. The refund is made to the original payment method by RATE EXTRA TOURISM L.L.C, typically within 5–10 business days.

9. Right to Apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee

For disputes arising from the contract, within the monetary thresholds determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in their place of residence or where the service was purchased; for disputes above those thresholds, to the Consumer Courts.
