Terms & Conditions
By using the Safaryar Turizm platform and making a booking you agree to the following terms.
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Safaryar Turizm (TÜRSAB License 10028), the "Company", and the individual or corporate customer ("Passenger") purchasing services through transfelo.com. By completing a booking on the platform you agree to these Terms.
2. Booking Process
Bookings are created exclusively through the platform. Once a booking is completed, the Passenger receives a confirmation code by email. The confirmation code is proof of a valid booking. Bookings must be completed before the minimum advance time set by the system. Requests received within the minimum advance window may not be accepted.
3. Fixed Price and Payment
All prices are fixed at the moment of booking. The confirmed price cannot be changed until the transfer is complete; no additional charges may be demanded for traffic, route, waiting time or fuel changes. Payment options: • Online credit card (3D Secure via Stripe) • Cash or card on board • Bank transfer / EFT For card payments, the amount is pre-authorised at the time of booking and captured after the transfer is completed.
4. Free Cancellation and Refund Policy
Transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to a defined deadline. The free-cancellation deadline is shown in your booking confirmation under "Free Cancellation Until". • Cancellations made before the deadline: full refund. • Cancellations made after the deadline: no refund. • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If a transfer cannot be carried out because the Passenger fails to arrive or is late, the booking is marked as "no-show" and no refund is issued.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
The Passenger is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking: • Full name • Contact phone and email • Flight number (for airport transfers) • Correct passenger count and luggage quantity The Company accepts no liability for disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If the passenger count or luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle, the Company is not obligated to provide an additional vehicle.
6. Company Liability and Limitations
The Company undertakes to provide a timely and safe transfer service. However, the Company accepts no liability for: • Force majeure events such as natural disaster, government order or pandemic • Disruptions arising from incorrect information provided by the Passenger • Delays caused by airport closure, flight cancellation or extreme traffic • Passengers not being ready at the meeting point within the agreed time The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount charged for the booking in question.
7. Flight Tracking
For airport pickups the Company tracks the Passenger's flight. If the flight is delayed, the transfer time is updated automatically and no additional waiting charge is levied. This service requires a valid flight number to be entered at booking.
8. Right to Modify
Route, vehicle type, passenger count and departure time cannot be changed after a booking is confirmed. If these details need updating, the existing booking must be cancelled and a new booking created. Cancellation conditions under Section 4 apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs and software on the platform are owned by or licensed to Safaryar Turizm. They may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the Company's written consent.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising between the parties.
11. Updates
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. The current version is always published at transfelo.com/en/terms. Last updated: June 2026.
