At Safaryar Turizm we take data privacy seriously. This notice explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected
During the booking process we collect the following: • First and last name • Email address • Phone number • Flight number and airline • Transfer route and pick-up/drop-off address • Number of passengers and optional special requests (e.g. child seat) Payment information (card number etc.) is collected directly by Stripe on PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. The Company never sees or stores your full card number.
3. Processing Purposes and Legal Bases
Your data is processed for the following purposes: • Creating and managing your transfer booking (performance of contract) • Driver briefing and operational coordination (performance of contract) • Sending confirmation and notification emails (performance of contract) • Fulfilling legal obligations (legal requirement) • Customer service and complaint management (legitimate interest)
4. Data Processors (Sub-processors)
Your personal data may be shared with the following trusted third parties: • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (US; under EU Standard Contractual Clauses) • Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery • Transfer operator / driver — minimum information required to fulfil the booking Your data is not sold or rented to any other third party.
5. Cookies
Our website uses essential technical cookies for session functionality. Analytics cookies are enabled only with your explicit consent. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect certain functionality.
6. Retention Periods
Booking data is retained for 3 years after the completed transfer. Accounting and invoice data is kept for the statutory period of 10 years. If you have not consented to marketing communications, your email address will not be used for marketing.
7. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
